Foresight Land Surveying, LLC has been serving Indiana and Kentucky with professional, detail-oriented land surveying services since 2003. Founded by Daniel Blann, PLS, our firm has completed projects in more than 40 counties and provided trusted surveying solutions to over 3,000 clients. Daniel Blann, PLS
Owner - President
Daniel Blann is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor in Indiana and Kentucky and the founder of Foresight Land Surveying. With over 20 years of experience, he has earned a reputation for precision, reliability, and integrity in the field. In addition to leading Foresight, Daniel serves as Jackson County Surveyor and on the Indiana Board of Registration of Land Surveyors reflecting his strong commitment to both his profession and public service.
Jake Blann
Field Technician
Jacob is a second-generation land surveyor with a degree in Survey Technology from Vincennes University. Currently pursuing his professional license, he applies his knowledge and dedication to every project at Foresight Land Surveying. With a strong focus on accuracy and reliability, Jake has quickly proven himself as a trusted contributor. His commitment to the Foresight team.
Conner Barnette
Partner - Business Development
Conner is a partner at Foresight Land Surveying, where he leads business development and client relations. He earned a degree in Survey Technology from Vincennes University and previously served ten years as Jackson County Building Commissioner. With extensive experience in land use, development, and regulatory oversight Conner brings unique perspective and value to each project.
Brady Blann
Field Technician
Brady is a second-generation land surveyor and Dan’s middle son, continuing the family tradition at Foresight Land Surveying. With hands-on experience in the field, he brings a strong work ethic and dependable approach to every project. Brady continues to expand his knowledge of the profession while contributing wherever needed and playing an important role in keeping projects moving efficiently.

Field Technician
Sloan is a first-year Surveying student at Vincennes University and is beginning his career in the profession with Foresight Land Surveying. Working with the team during the summer, he gains valuable hands-on experience in the field while applying what he learns in the classroom. Sloan brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn as he continues building his knowledge and experience in land surveying.
